GPSA Fonts

Self-hosted font files for html (when embedded font html might fail on user's device due to lack of internet connection).

⚠️ The Golden Rule for GPSA: Never use Inter and Spectral inline within the same sentence, and avoid using them at the exact same point size right next to each other. Because Inter's lowercase letters are structurally larger, putting them side-by-side at 12pt will make Spectral look accidentally smaller and shrunken. (Inter has a very tall x-height, meaning its lowercase letters are quite large. Spectral has a more moderate, traditional x-height.)

The Fix: Always ensure your Inter text and Spectral text are separated by role (e.g., one is a headline, one is body text), and visually adjust their sizes so the hierarchy is clear.

Formula A: The Modern Report (Spectral Heading + Inter Body)

This is the classic "newspaper/journal" layout flipped for the digital age. The heading looks formal, intellectual, and authoritative, while the body text is clean, highly readable, and efficient. It is perfect for GPSA's draft resolutions and official memos.

  • Header: Spectral (Bold)

  • Body Text: Inter (Regular)

Formula B: The Tech-Forward Flyer (Inter Tight Heading + Spectral Body)

This creates a punchy, bold, modern look. The header feels high-energy and urgent (great for a campus life flyer), while the description text below it feels elegant and easy to read.

  • Header: Inter Tight (Black or Extra Bold, perhaps All-Caps)

  • Body Text: Spectral (Regular)
