Requesting a Team
In order to share activities in Poll Everywhere, you will need to request the creation of a "team." A team is a group of Poll Everywhere presenters who can share activities with one another. Only users with presenter-level access can be part of a team.
To request a team, please fill out the following service request form and select New Team Request: Poll Everywhere - New Team Request.
Why Share an Activity?
Sharing allows multiple presenters to use the same activity simultaneously. Activity results are also tied to each individual presenter, so each activity report is unique to the presenter, and there is no interference from other presenters’ results.
Who Has Access?
After you share a folder, who has access to the activities, and what can they do with them? There are two distinct roles: the Creator and the Presenter.
The Creator is the person who originally created the activities and owns them. Creators can modify the activities as needed.
Presenters are members of the team who the activity folder is shared with. They have “read-only” access to these activities; they can present them and generate their own unique reports on activity results, but do not own them, so they do not have the level of access a Creator does.
