OIT/IT’s role is limited to general network connectivity (e.g., switch port/VLAN/PoE) once the vendor confirms the device-side configuration.

The responsibility for the ATS/ACCU-TIME clocks is with the owning department. That includes technical support, which should be handled directly with ACCU-TIME.
The department should open a case with ACCU-TIME and include:

  • Clock model and serial number, device location/room
  • Description of the issue and when it started (photos/logs if available)

Student Life Technology

TimeClock is available to Student Life Technology employees. They can request access and help with use through the Student Life service request page.
