Limited OIT Support
The Staff Support Center is provided by the Enrollment and Student Services, and the Office of Online Education. The IT Help Desk is only able to assist customers with logging in to the Support Center. The IT Help Desk is unable to lookup the status of requests submitted to these offices though the Support Center, and is unable to provide technical support for the usage of the portal. Customers should utilize the list below to identify which office to contact depending on the service needed.
The Staff Support Center allows UNLV employees to contact various teams in Enrollment and Student Services, and the Office of Online Education. Employees can submit various requests an forms related to MyUNLV Access, Event Requests, Ad Hoc Reports, and other questions for the Registrar, scheduling, curriculum, transfer articulation, graduation, and more.
