Each Client Portal within TeamDynamix has its own service catalog. Each service catalog contains a library of requestable services that generate tickets, provide information, or link customers to other platforms for request intake.
Services have many parts. This article will outline how to create a Service within the Client Portal.
Please note, this is a general guide. Service creation policies may vary in each Client Portal.
