Summary

This guide details how to create an automation rule for a given ticketing application. Automation rules allow you to automate select tasks for certain form/tickets upon their creation. You may apply multiple automation rules to one ticket/form on creation, but the assignment of the automation rules may only be based on the ticket’s initial creation values.
