Summary
Though TeamDynamix offers ticket templates to easily allow technicians to create similar tickets on an ad-hoc basis, that feature does not easily allow technicians to create tickets on a routine basis. Rather than manually submitting tickets using a template on a regular schedule, technicians can schedule the submission of tickets using ticket templates.
