Summary

Though TeamDynamix offers ticket templates to easily allow technicians to create similar tickets on an ad-hoc basis, that feature does not easily allow technicians to create tickets on a routine basis. Rather than manually submitting tickets using a template on a regular schedule, technicians can schedule the submission of tickets using ticket templates. 
This guide covers how to schedule the submission of ticket templates within TeamDynamix. 
Please note, you must have created a ticket template prior to following this guide.
