Summary

TeamDynamix Application Administrators are able to configure workflows for a variety of requests/tickets. These workflows may be configured to require user participation in any number of approval or choice steps. When assigned to an individual or group for a specific ticket, these steps send an initial notification to the assigned resource. However, additional configuration is required to remind users of their assigned resources. 
This guide details how to configure workflow reminders for any given ticket workflow in TeamDynamix. Please note, the methods described in this guide can only resend notifications for one step at a time. These methods are not intended to send reminders for parallel approval or choice steps.
