Procedures
Desk Phone
Customers with Cisco 8800 series telephones can use the instructions provided by Cisco to mark a call as SPAM. Navigate to Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series User Guide.
Softphone - Webex App
Customers using the Webex App softphone can use the instructions provided by Cisco toblock a call. Navigate to Webex App | Block Calls.
Softphone - Jabber
Customers using the Cisco Jabber softphone should switch to the Cisco Webax App and follow the Webex App instructions to block a call. Follow the Download and Install instructions in the Getting Started section of the Webex App web page.
