Atrium | Creating an Operator

What is an Atrium Operator?

An Operator account is the credentials used to access specific Atrium activity. It is a Username and Password that can be assigned to one or multiple activities. You cannot log into an Atrium Activity with an Operator's username and password if the Activity did not include it in its specifications.

How to Create an Operator

  1. Log into the Atrium Campus Webpage
  2. Navigate to the SYSTEM tab
  3. On the left-hand menu, click on the drop down arrow next to ATRIUM READER and click on Operators
  4. Click on + ADD OPERATOR
  5. Fill out required text fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Username
    • Password / Confirm Password [needs to be documented because it does not show up after creation and would need to be reset if forgotten]
  6. Under DEPARTMENTS, move Student Life Technology and Student Affairs Administration into the Assigned Departments list
  7. Click SAVE
