- Access Assistance/Locked Out/Lock Down
- Bathroom door locks (HRL)

- Keys, Cut New*/Destroy Old
- Knobs/Levers/Handles/Latches/Buttons/Push Bars/Related Hardware
- Lock Cutting**
- Lock Mechanisms/Devices
- Specify Location and type of lock/device
- Low batteries for Salto/Onity hardware
- Lock Not Locking/Not Secure/Key Stuck
- Locksets
Eligibility
**Lock Cutting Services:
- Bike Lock Inquiries: If you require assistance with removing bike locks on the UNLV campus, please contact Police Services at 702-895-3668.
- Residents: Requests for lock removal services must be initiated by the Housing and Residential Life office: 702-895-3489. Requests submitted directly by residents will not be accepted.
- Student Life: Student Life staff may request assistance with lock cutting.
Please Note: SLM will not be held liable for any replacement equipment needed after the lock has been destroyed.
*New Keys:
- To request key copies, please leave the original key along with an envelope containing the following at the Rebel Repair Help Desk:
- First and last name
- Number of copies needed
- Ticket number (if available)
- Phone number
