Overview

Here is a list of General Applications typically used:

If the application in question is not listed, please make sure to write the Name and Version (if available), we will assist in finding you the support you need.

Support/Issues

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Trouble performing actions

SLT doesn't exclusively support these applications, we will do our best to provide you with assistance and suggestions with your inquiries and issues.

Getting Started

We like to request as much information as possible regarding issues with applications. Please provide any screen shots, error messages, troubleshooting performed, and indicate if you're aware this is happening to multiple machines/individuals in your area. This will greatly assist us with the processing time of your request.

Please note: we will require the UNLV Property ID number on your machine, if this is a license related issue.
