When submitting for this request please include as much information as possible to expedite troubleshooting and assistance:
- Application name (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
- Issue description
- Device being used (Laptop, desktop, mobile)
- Steps taken so far
- Timeframe and urgency
- Error messages or codes
- Other pertinent information
