Hard Keys

Overview

Please submit a request indicating your requirement for hard keys:

  • Key Disposal: Drop off keys labeled "disposal" at Rebel Repair front desk.
  • New/Copies: Provide necessary details for locksmith:
    • New: 
      • Key Type (e.g., office, cabinet), 
      • Lock Brand. 
    • Copy:
      • Drop off sample key labeled with the Key label (ex, ED) and ticket number at Rebel Repair front desk.
  • Report a Lost Key: Notify us for re-coring. Specify the Key Label.
  • Re-coring Inquiries: Provide the following details:
    • Room Number/Location
    • Key Label (ex, ED)
    • Quantity of new key copies needed for the new core.

For emergency requests, clearly indicate the urgency. Providing these details helps us process your request efficiently.
