How to Log In to Softdocs Etrieve
To log in to the system, follow these steps:
- Visit https://unlvcontent.etrieve.cloud/ to login. The system will automatically redirect you to the Okta ACE account login portal. (Note: It is recommended that you use the Chrome web browser.)
- Enter your regular ACE account credentials and complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Upon a successful sign-in, you will land on the Etrieve Content homepage interface.
Use the right-hand side Application Switcher menu to navigate between:
- Etrieve Content: For historical document lookups and document importation.
- Etrieve Central/Forms: Admissions Transcript Checklist Dashboard.

Softdocs provides extensive on-demand learning infrastructure. Explore the training paths below:
- Softdocs Etrieve Community User Documentation and Training Videos: The Softdocs Community site features documentation and vendor videos tailored specifically for standard end-users, department administrators, and power-users. To request access to the Softdocs Community site if you don’t already have it, contact the IT Help Desk and request the ticket be assigned to the RebelDocs groups.
- Etrieve Content Help Center: Available by selecting the "?" help icon Resource Center in the upper right corner of Etrieve Content to view Etrieve Content Basics. This inline help provides instructions on indexing documents, running wildcard text searches, creating filtered lookups, and toggling folder views.

Note: Valid identification is required to reset passwords or MFA methods.

Department Permissions and Folder Access
- Access Denied / 403 Forbidden errors. (Note: using an Incognito Chrome session can sometimes resolve this issue.)
- Missing administrative tabs or functional buttons.
- Department level X: drive folder related to Softdocs Etrieve is returning access denied or is missing. (Note: connection to campus Fortinet VPN is required when accessing remotely.)
- Requesting Softdocs Etrieve access or a change in access rights on the platform.

Note: Adjustments and Access Requests to X: drive folder(s) related to Softdocs Etrieve document uploads or Etrieve Document Areas require formal managerial approval from your department chair or manager.

Using Softdocs Features
- Inquiries on Etrieve feature behaviors.

- Click the "?" (Help Icon) in the top-right corner of your Etrieve Content interface and use the search function to utilize the Softdocs Etrieve inline help.
