All technical support, training requests, and any other iClicker-related questions must be submitted to MacMillan. Classroom Technology Services can verify if an iClicker receiver is installed in a particular classroom. Otherwise, the Office of Information Technology and the IT Help Desk does not provide technical support for iClicker.

iClicker is a classroom response system that allows students to submit responses to questions presented by the instructor in real time using the iClicker remote or the iClicker Student mobile app. Instructors can then display and record student responses.

iClicker is a paid course material and must be disclosed

Per university policy, your course must have disclosed in MyUNLV prior to registration that students must purchase technology (such as iClicker remote, iClicker Reef student license, Top Hat subscription, etc) and clearly labeled as required materials in the course syllabus, so that students may use financial aid awards to obtain them

If you are planning on allowing students to use physical iClicker remotes (in-person classes only), check the classroom roster to verify that your classroom has an iClicker base. If it does not have one, contact Classroom Technology Services to install one for you.
Use MacMillan’s Checklist for Getting Started with iClicker Cloud to prepare yourself, your course, and your students for using iClicker. The checklist also includes information to provide to your students to help them get started.
Make sure to configure iClicker Cloud’s Roster & Grade Sync feature to use with your WebCampus course(s).
If you need assistance with configuring your course(s), or help with other iClicker features, you can search the knowledge base, request a 60 minute training session, or contact iClicker Cloud Customer Support.
