All technical support, training requests, and any other iClicker-related questions must be submitted to MacMillan. Classroom Technology Services can verify if an iClicker receiver is installed in a particular classroom. Otherwise, the Office of Information Technology and the IT Help Desk does not provide technical support for iClicker.

iClicker is a classroom response system that allows students to submit responses to questions presented by the instructor in real time using the iClicker remote or the iClicker Student mobile app. Instructors can then display and record student responses.
