Minitab is a statistics software package that can look at current and past data to discover trends, find and predict patterns, uncover hidden relationships between variables, and create stunning visualizations to tackle even the most daunting challenges and opportunities.
As a benefit of Minitab for UNLV, customers gain access to Minitab Cloud and its suite of tools to extend the capabilities of Minitab.
Access Minitab Cloud
The IT Help Desk assigns user access to Minitab Cloud. Students registered for a course that uses Minitab will receive their access information from their instructor. Faculty can request access by submitting a New Software request.
- Go to https://app.minitab.com/.
- Type in your UNLV email address then select Next.
- Users will be redirected to the UNLV ACE login page. Sign in with your UNLV ACE Account.
Once signed in, you can access the features of Minitab Cloud. Minitab offers online documentation to help get you started.
Minitab Desktop App for Windows
As a benefit of Minitab, customers can install the Minitab desktop app on a university-barcoded or personal device. See Minitab 21 Installation and Activation Guide.
