Generating Reports in Poll Everywhere

Reports are a great way for you to see the way your audience engaged with the content. Reports are also customizable, even after you create them.

Create a Report

  1. Log in to your Poll Everywhere account
  2. On the left-hand navigation, select the Reports icon, then select Create Report

  3. Select the type of report you want to create (Audience Response, etc.), then select Continue
  4. Choose the activity, activities, or folder* you want to generate the report for. Then, select Create Report

  5. A new tab containing your report will open

Viewing Reports

Now that you have generated your reports, how do you access them, or reports you have generated in the past? To do this:

  1. Log in to your Poll Everywhere account
  2. On the left-hand navigation, select the Reports icon

Here, you will have a comprehensive view of all the reports you have generated in your account.

a) Title; b) Type; c) Polls; d) Responses Received; e) Last Updated

  1. Title: This indicates the title of the activity the report was generated for
  2. Type: The type of report that was generated
  3. Polls: How many activities the report was generated for
  4. Responses Received: Duration of time the activity accepted responses, and the date range available in the report
  5. Last Updated: When you last interacted with the report by changing something (e.g. report type, report options, etc.)

Report Options

After generating a report, you can make changes to how you view it and what information is contained. To do this:

  1. Click on the title of the report
  2. On the right side of the screen, you will have various options, depending on the type of report you generated

  3. Use the drop-downsto see options for what you can change in the report
  4. To save the report locally, select Download or Print
