How to Sign In to the UNLV Enterprise Slack

Slack Enterprise is integrated with your ACE account. Follow these instructions to log in and see all the UNLV Enterprise Slack workspaces where you are a member.

Log In to UNLV Enterprise Slack

1. Navigate to unlv.enterprise.slack.com.
2. ​​​​​​Select your sign-in method:
   
   
    
   • UNLV Staff / Students: Click "Sign in with NSHE-UNLV Okta" and use your ACE account to log in.
   • Guest Users: Click "I have a guest account" and use your email and password.
      
3. Accept Terms of Service, which includes UNLV-specific terms in addition to standard Slack conditions.

Open Your Workspace

After signing in, you will see the UNLV Workspace directory, including your workspaces where you're a member. 

1. Locate your workspace: You will see tiles for the UNLV Enterprise workspace where you are a member. You can also search the directory to discover new channels to join.  
    
   As we work to migrate existing spaces to the UNLV Enterprise Slack account, some workspaces may not yet be available in this dashboard. You can always find a workspace's log in page using the workspace URL (e.g., your-workspace.slack.com). 
2. Launch the workspace: Click a workspace tile to open it in your browser or click Launch in Slack.
    
3. Switch to the App: To open the Slack desktop app from the web app, click the down arrow next to the workspace name and select "Open the Slack App".

• Workspace access: Contact the workspace administrator or the IT Help Desk. 
• ACE account issues: If you need assistance with your ACE account, please call the UNLV IT Help Desk.
