Lost & Found
There are several Lost & Founds areas on campus. We recommend checking these areas before deactivating your card or purchasing a new one. Lost & Founds are located in the following locations:
- RebelCard Services Center
- Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC)
- Lied Library
- Public Safety Building
Deactivate Your Card
Once deactivated, a disabled RebelCard cannot be reactivated and you will need to visit the RebelCard Service Center to purchase a replacement card.
If you cannot find your RebelCard, you should disable it to prevent it's use. Log into the RebelCard Online Card Portal to deactivate your card, or come to the RebelCard Services Center during normal business hours.
Replacing your RebelCard
First Undergraduate and Graduate Cards are paid through Orientation Fees. First cards for Faculty/Staff are covered by the University.
Card Care
Once a RebelCard leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the card. When cared for properly, the RebelCard can last your entire college career. Store your card in a soft holder that allows for easy removal. Avoid storing your card with other cards or in a tight wallet sleeve as repetitive removal from such conditions can wear down the imagery on the card. Do not punch a hole in your card or put your card next to a magnet. Avoid leaving your card in your car or outdoors during the hotter months of the year. A broken card returned to our office can be replaced for a $10 fee.

Found a RebelCard?
Lost card drop boxes are located around campus. If you find a lost RebelCard, place it in one of these boxes or deliver it directly to the RebelCard Service Center. The drop boxes can be found in:
- The Student Union
- The Student Recreation and Wellness Center
- The Hazel M. Wilson Dining Commons
- Lied Library
- Dayton Residence Complex
- Tonopah Residence Complex
