Add a Syllabus to a Course

One way for instructors to post the course syllabus is by using the Syllabus page. In the Syllabus page, instructors can either upload a file or enter text, videos, and images. The Course Summary is automatically generated and sorted based on course assignments and course calendar events. There is no option to manually change the order of the Course Summary; however, instructors are able to choose whether or not they want to enable the Course Summary in the Syllabus page. More information on the Syllabus page can be found in the Canvas guide: How do I use the Syllabus as an instructor? The syllabus file can also be uploaded in the Files page or in the Modules page.
