Q: Why am I getting an "Authentication Required" error?
A: Ensure you're using the correct username and password and make sure you are using an App Password and not your account’s standard ACE password.

Q: What should I do if I exceed the daily sending limit?
A: UNLV IT does not have the ability to  increase the sending limit. You must wait 24 hours for the limit to reset.
