Download Past Submissions

Summary

This article shows students how to download past assignment submissions.

Body

Student WebCampus file submissions from previous courses can be downloaded in either the Settings or Files pages. Downloading submissions through the Settings page will download a zip file with all of your previous submissions. Downloading them through the Files page will allow you to select specific file submissions that you want to download.

Downloading Previous Submissions in the Settings Page

Download Submissions in Settings Page
  1. In the global navigation menu, select Account, then Settings.
  2. In the right side of the page, select Download Submissions.
  3. In the Download Submissions page, select Create Export. WebCampus will then process your request.
  4. Once the zip file is ready, a link called New Export will appear. Select the link, and it will prompt you to download the zip file.
  5. Select the location where you want the file to be saved and rename the file.
  6. To open the file, either double click to open it (MAC users) or right-click the file and select Extract All (PC Users). Open the expanded folder and view your assignment submissions by course.

Downloading Previous Submissions in the Files Page

  1. In the global navigation menu, select Account, then Files.
  2. Select My Files, and the contents of the folder will show up in the middle box.
