UNLV has signed a Business Associate Agreement with Google that allows us to use our UNLVMail (unlv.edu) and Rebelmail (unlv.nevada.edu) domains with Protected Health Information (PHI).
You must notify OIT before storing PHI data. Before you start storing PHI data in your Google Drive, you must notify OIT by submitting this form so that we can apply the security requirements to your account to ensure that the data is protected and that we adhere to the BAA.
