Overview
DocuSign is a cloud-based electronic signature service that allows users to easily send, sign and store documents, contracts and other agreements in a secure, online location. DocuSign is provided to departments at no-charge though a partnership with the Office of Information Technology and Business Affairs. Eligibility
To provide security and privacy to departments using DocuSign, access to DocuSign is delegated to the College/School, Division, or Unit level. This means that OIT assists the requesting department with creating a DocuSign tenant (account) for their department. The department then maintains their DocuSign account (add/remove users, manage settings, create templates, etc). DocuSign access is not provided to individual users via OIT.

Getting Started
If you are having difficulties signing a document, please contact the sender of the document first. OIT does not have access to sender documents, and therefore cannot assist with individual documents.
If you have a sending access from your department, please contact your department's DocuSign administrator(s).
If you are requesting access to DocuSign, please review the current list of department administrators to find if your department already has DocuSign. If your department does not have DocuSign, please have your College/School, Division, or Unit's Business Manager and/or Executive Delegate submit a request to us so we can build a DocuSign account.
