Zoom - Webinar and Large Meeting License Request

Overview

All eligible UNLV Zoom host accounts can host up to 300 participants. If you are planning to host a session with more than 300 participants, UNLV has a limited number of Zoom Large Meeting licenses and Zoom Webinar licenses available for check out. These licenses may be reserved for no more than 2 weeks at a time and must be reserved by the faculty or staff member that submitted the request.

After submitting this license reservation request, it will be reviewed and processed based on license availability. You will receive an email confirming your request. Submitted requests do not guarantee a license may be granted.

Zoom Webinars are like a virtual lecture hall or auditorium for large audiences or events that are open to the public. Most interaction with the audience is one-way where one or a few people are speaking and/or on camera. OIT can provide to eligible users a Zoom Webinar license for these specific types of events.
