Overview
Use this form to request a Claude.ai seat for your UNLV account. Claude.ai is available to eligible UNLV faculty and staff under an institutional license. All requests require departmental funding approval through Procurement before a seat is activated.
⚠️ Please note: This license covers access to Claude.ai and includes Claude Cowork. It does not include Claude Code, which is a separate product. If Claude Code becomes available under a future license, separate fees will apply. This offering is currently in a pilot phase, and pricing or terms may change following the conclusion of the pilot.

Getting Started
Select Claude Access and submit the form. Your request will be reviewed by Procurement for funding approval. UNLV IT will activate your seat. You will receive a confirmation when your access is ready via the associated Help Desk ticket.
