How to Respond to an Approval Step

Throughout their lifecycle, Support Requests may be routed to many individuals for approval. Approval can pertain to a specific item or action taken regarding the support request, or can pertain to the entire support request prior to its assignment and full consideration. Not all support requests will require approval.
