Overview

TeamDynamix utilizes email delivery to inform customers and agents of actions performed within the system. These notifications are sent out whenever specific actions are taken by TeamDynamix users and clients. Notification templates are configured at the application level and may be configured by individual application administrators.

Standard notification templates have been established to maintain consistent branding for Business Affairs TeamDynamix applications.  These templates may be found attached to this article.

Notification Templates

Notification templates have been established for the following scenarios:

  1. Notification of Form Submission / Ticket Creation
  2. Notification of Form Updates / Ticket Updates
  3. Notification of Approaching and Overdue Service Level Agreement Deadlines
  4. Notification of Workflow Step Assignments

Sixteen notification templates within TeamDynamix dictate these four scenarios. The content of these templates will vary depending on who is receiving the notification and for what item.

Departments may directly implement these templates or request assistance from the Client Portal Administrator through the TeamDynamix Support Catalog. For help with self-implementation, please see the Getting Started with Notification Templates article.

With approval from the Client Portal Administrator, departments may change some elements of notification templates. Substantial changes to notification templates will require approval by the Campus Services Governance entity.
