Desk Phone Voice Feedback Features

The following requirements must be met for the procedure to work correctly:
- A university telephone number in Webex Calling
- Calling capability (ex: local, long distance, international, toll-free)

- Quickly press the Select button three times to enable or disable the voice feedback feature. The select button is the silver or black button in the center of the navigation ring.
Instructions for Changing Voice Feedback Speed, Volume, or Toggling On/Off
Cisco 8800 Series Desk Phone
- Press the gear button (Settings).
- Press 1 to open the Accessibility menu.
- Voice feedback is highlighted as the first item in the list.
- Press the Select button in the center of the navigation ring to toggle Off/On.
- Use the same menu to make changes to the speed and volume settings.
- Press the Set softkey button once to enable or twice quickly (like a mouse double click, touchpad tap-tap) to disable the voice feedback.
- Press the back arrow button to exit the menu.
Cisco 9800 Series Desk Phone
- Press the gear button (Settings).
- Press 6 to open the Accessibility menu.
- Voice feedback is highlighted as the first item in the list.
- Press the On button to enable voice feedback.
- Use the same menu to make changes to the speed, volume, and font size settings.
- Press the Off button twice quickly (like a mouse double click, touchpad tap-tap) to disable the feature.
- Press the back button to exit the menu.
