Overview
Request assistance with UNLV-owned hardware, printers, and UNLV-owned computer peripherals.
Eligibility
Valid support requests include the following:
- Cash Registers
- Credit Card Machines
- Laptop Towers
- Mail Lockers
- Peripherals: keyboards, mice, webcams, mag swipe readers
- POS (Point of Sales) Devices
- Printers
- Scanners
- Timeclock/ATS Hardware
Proprietary devices may be serviced through the original vendor. Please still submit your service request through the portal. SLT will act as the liaison for the troubleshooting/repair. Some hardware is not managed by Student Life Technology and will be evaluated on a request-by-request basis.
Getting Started
When submitting for this request please be sure to include the following:
- A description of the observed issue to the best of the requestor's knowledge.
- Indication if this is a UNLV-owned peripheral or if this a personal peripheral.
- UNLV Property ID of device, if available.
- Location of Device.
