Request Printer & Peripheral Support

Overview

Request assistance with UNLV-owned hardware, printers, and UNLV-owned computer peripherals.

Eligibility

Valid support requests include the following:

  • Printers
  • Scanners
  • Timeclock Hardware
  • Laptop Towers
  • Mail Lockers
  • Peripherals - keyboards, mice, webcams

Proprietary devices may be serviced through the original vendor. Please still submit your service request through the portal. SLT will act as the liaison for the troubleshooting/repair. Some hardware is not managed by Student Life Technology and will be evaluated on a request-by-request basis.

Getting Started

When submitting for this request please be sure to include the following:

  • A description of the observed issue to the best of the requester's knowledge.
  • Indication if this is a UNLV-owned peripheral or if this a personal peripheral.
