This service request is for activating an already existing port that is not currently active.
Eligibility
Spaces that are managed by Student Life are eligible for this service request.
Getting Started
To request this service please have the following information ready:
- The kind of device that will be connected (Desk phone, Desktop Computer, etc)
- The building and room
- If available, please include the port number that is located on the wall faceplate for the port.
- Some faceplates do not have this information, if this happens please best describe where the port is located
