Overview

Request troubleshooting support for UNLV-owned desktops and laptops. This request may pertain to the computer hardware itself or the computer's behavior.

Eligibility

UNLV-owned computer desktops and laptops are eligible for this service request.

Getting Started

When submitting a service request, please include the following information:

  • Description of Issue - please include as much information as possible.
  • Property ID Number - This is in the form of a barcode sticker on the machine itself. 
  • (Optional) Picture of issue

This will allow Student Life Technology to provide more accurate product diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
