Reinstalling Software

Software will not show up in UNLV Self Service if it is already installed on the device. To reinstall the software, you must first uninstall it from the local device, then reboot the device.

On rare occasions, you may need to run the JAMF recon command so that JAMF knows the software is no longer installed. To do this, open Terminal and run the command sudo jamf recon, then reboot the device and attempt to install the software again from UNLV Self Service.
