UNLVMail users will automatically have Zoom installed in Google Calendar, so you can create meetings in Google Calendar and link a Zoom meeting to your calendar event. Events created in Google Calendar will automatically sync with Zoom and appear in Google Calendar and in Zoom.
However, meetings created in Zoom won't appear in your Google Calendar, unless you enable sync:
- Sign in to your Zoom account at it.unlv.edu/zoom
- Select Settings
- In the tab bar, select Calendar
- Turn on Automatically Sync Zoom Calendar Events Information Bi-directionally between Zoom and Integrated Calendars
Meetings created in Zoom will now appear in Google Calendar.
