Navigating the Poll Everywhere Interface
After adding the Poll Everywhere tab to your course, you can launch it in WebCampus and start managing graded activities. To do this:
- Select the Poll Everywhere tab on your left-hand navigation
- Select Continue to unlv.instructure.com
Now that you’re in the Poll Everywhere interface, you have a few options.
- Courses: Access all the courses you have Poll Everywhere enabled in
- Add New Assignment: Create an assignment that you will add an activity or activities to. This will set either a participation grade and/or a correctness grade depending on how you configure it
- Sync Roster: Sync your roster to ensure that all students who are active in your course will be able to participate in the activities you present.
The roster syncs automatically at 9:00 PM Pacific Time every day, but you can sync it manually at any time as well.
Manage Your Courses
You can access the Courses tab in two ways.
Method 1
After logging into Poll Everywhere in your course, select < Courses.
Method 2
Select the Courses icon on the left-hand navigation.
Once you have accessed the Courses page, you are able to see and manage all courses where you hold the Teacher role that also have Poll Everywhere enabled. To begin creating assignments for a specific course, simply click on the name.
