Making payments in MyUNLV is managed by the Office of the Registrar and Cashiering & Student Accounts. The IT Help Desk cannot process payments for customers. The IT Help Desk can assist customers with the instructions below, but customers who still cannot make a payment will need to submit a help request in Rebel Success Hub.
The IT Help Desk cannot waive any fees or charges due to payment problems. Please contact Cashiering & Student Accounts for any assistance.
You can make payments to your account within MyUNLV with an electronic form of payment. MyUNLV utilizes a third party vendor to securely complete your payment, however, some browsers may block this process from happening. You may receive a message indicating you need to enable cookies for your browser.

After you have tried to clear your cookies and cache, or used an incognito/private browsing window, try these instructions depending on your browser:
Verify Cookies are Enabled
Double check to make sure you have Cookies enabled for the browser.
- In the address bar, go to: chrome://settings/cookies
- Make sure the setting is set to Allow all cookies.

Set SameSite Cookies to Disabled
Starting with Chrome version 80, there is a setting that must be temporarily changed in order for payments to be made properly:
- Go to chrome://flags
- In search, type SameSite
- Set SameSite by default cookies to Disabled
- Set Cookies without SameSite must be secure to Disabled
- Select Relaunch at the bottom of the screen to save the changes

When you have completed making your payment, return to chrome://flags and select Reset all. Quit and re-open the browser.
Attempt Payment
Once you have verified and changed the above settings and after re-launching the browser, return to my.unlv.edu and attempt making your payment again.
If you still cannot make a payment, move on to the next step.
Turn Off Enhanced Tracking
You may need to disable Enhanced Tracking for MyUNLV in order for the system to work properly.
- Go to my.unlv.edu and wait for the login page to load
- In the address bar, select the shield icon
- Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection

Attempt Payment
Sign in to my.unlv.edu and then attempt to make your payment again.
If you still cannot make a payment, continue to the next step.
Step 2: Verify Cookies are Enabled
Safari has an option for preventing cross-site tracking which may prevent MyUNLV from working properly. You'll need to disable this option.
- In the Menu bar at the top left, select Safari then select Preferences

- Select the Privacy tab
- Disable the options Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block all Cookies

- Quit and reopen the browser
Attempt Payment
Go to my.unlv.edu and sign in with your NSHE ID and MyUNLV Password (which may not be the same as your ACE account.) Try to make your payment again.
If you still cannot make a payment, continue to the next step.
Payment still not working?
Use another browser or device
We find that most customers can successfully use Firefox to make a payment. Please try using Firefox to complete the payment. You may also try making your payment on a different computer or using your mobile device.
Submit a Support Request
If after changing the above settings you still cannot make your payment, please submit a support request to the MyUNLV support team.
- Go to unlv.today/service
- Select Login with ACE and sign in with your ACE account
- In the upper menu bar select Contact Us > Contact the Registrar's Office
- In the subtype, choose MyUNLV Help and complete the rest of the form
- Complete the form and mention that you have reset your cookies and cache and verified your cookie settings are correct.
- Submit the form. You'll be able to track the status of your case from the My Cases page.
