Limited OIT Support
The Self-Service Help Center is provided by the Office of the Registrar, Cashiering & Student Accounts, and Financial Aid & Scholarships. The IT Help Desk is only able to assist customers with logging in to the Help Center. The IT Help Desk is unable to lookup the status of requests submitted to these offices though the Help Center, and is unable to provide technical support for the usage of the portal. Customers should utilize the list below to identify which office to contact depending on the service needed.

Additional tasks are being added to the Help Center. Refer to any instructions provided by the Office of the Registrar, Cashiering & Student Accounts, or Financial Aid & Scholarships regarding tasks to complete within the portal.
Signing In to the Self-Service Help Center
Access to the Self-Service Help Center depends on what type of student you are and how you applied to UNLV:
If you applied to UNLV directly, you can use the same email (which is your username) and password you created when you applied to UNLV though the UNLV Undergraduate application system:

- Go to the UNLV Application or go to unlv.edu/admissions > Select your student type > Select UNLV Application
- Once you see the above page, sign in with your email and password you created for your application
- If you see a page with a menu on the left, select Self-Service Help Center

You should then see the Self-Service Help Center logo in the upper left corner of the page.
If your email and password is not working, refer below to My application login is not working.
If you applied to UNLV using the Common Application, you will need to create a login though the UNLV application first. You'll use the same email that you used for your Common Application so the system matches your information.
- Go to the UNLV Application or go to unlv.edu/admissions > Select your student type > Select UNLV Application
- On the application homepage, select Check if you have an account

- Enter your email address you used for your Common Application.
- Select Check Now
- If a profile is found, follow the instructions to reset your password
- If that email does not exist, a message will say Profile Does Not Exist! Before continuing, you may also want to try any other emails you reguarly use.
- Select Create Profile

- Complete the registration form, then select Create Your Profile
When entering your email address, be sure you use the same email you used for your Common Application. Otherwise, the system will not locate your profile.
- An email will be send to this address to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, repeat this process to check that email and create a new profile.
- Once your account has been activated, go to the UNLV Application or go to unlv.edu/admissions > Select your student type > Select UNLV Application
- If you see a page with a menu on the left, select Self-Service Help Center

You should then see the Self-Service Help Center logo in the upper left corner of the page.
If your email and password is not working, refer below to My application login is not working.
Graduate Students apply to UNLV using Grad Rebel Gateway. At this time, Graduate Students can only use their ACE Account to login to the Self-Service Help Center. If you have an ACE Account, refer to I am a active student with an ACE Account.
If you need to submit records to the Office of the Registrar, Cashiering & Student Accounts, or Financial Aid & Scholarships, please use their contact information at the bottom of this article.
Active students who have received their ACE Account can use that to sign into the Self-Service Help Center. Once you are an active student, this is the recommended method for login.
- Go to unlv.today/service
- Select UNLV ACE Login

- You will then be redirected to complete your login with your ACE Account
If you receive an error signing in with your ACE Account, refer below to I cannot sign in with my ACE Account.
