Overview
SentinelOne is UNLV’s endpoint protection software that helps secure university-managed computers against malware, ransomware, and other security threats. It provides real-time monitoring, automated threat detection, and rapid response capabilities to help keep your device and data safe.
This service is for support with the SentinelOne client—including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
Eligibility
- UNLV faculty and staff using university-managed devices
- Students using university-owned lab or loaner equipment (where applicable)
Getting Started
When submitting a request, be sure to include the following information:
- Device name and/or asset tag
- Operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
- Description of the issue or error message
