Finding My Work and Marking Tasks Complete
Summary
The Support Portal gives UNLV users a single place to Submit and View Tickets, KB Articles, and Projects. Customers assigned to projects will be able to update all of the items that are considered their work. This includes assigned tickets, tasks, issues, updates, and project work assignments.
Procedure
Updating Tasks Using the TDX Support Portal
- Navigate to: https://help.unlv.edu/TDClient/35/BA-Support-Portal/Home/.
- Sign in with your ACE ID.
- Navigate to the Projects Tab.
- Select the Project you are assigned to that you wish to update your tasks for.
- Select the Plans tab.
- List of My Tasks will be displayed.
- Select the task you would like to update.
- Click on the To TDNext tab.
- A popup window will appear.
- From the General tab
- Click on the Actions tab, then select Update.
- A popup window will appear.
- Fill out the Percent Complete, Time Type and Hours spent on the task, and the Date.
- Add comments regarding the work you performed
- Within the notifications box, add the PC or PM
- Add any additional stakeholders (if necessary)
- Click Save.
- Close all TDX and Support Portal windows.
