Request Support

This request may pertain to the computer hardware itself or the computer's behavior.


Request Reimage

Wipes all data on the computer for the purposes of refreshing the lifespan of the device or purposely removing data from a computer.

  • Please clearly indicate in your request if data retention is required. If no mention of data retention is made, it will be assumed that no data needs to be retained by SLT.

These services are only available to UNLV barcoded devices, SLT does not offer services for personal devices.

Eligibility

UNLV-owned computer desktops and laptops are eligible for this service request.

Getting Started

When submitting a service request, please include the following information:

  • Description of Issue - please include as much information as possible.
  • Property ID Number - This is in the form of a barcode sticker on the machine itself. 
  • (Optional) Picture of issue

This will allow Student Life Technology to provide more accurate product diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
