Signing In as a Content Editor for

Limited Support

Web and Digital Strategy manages the website. The IT Help Desk is unable to assist customers with login problems to the UNLV Website editing tools, except for problems with their ACE Account. Please contact Web and Digital Strategy for gaining access to editing tools or website changes.

Customers who are approved to submit content to the main UNLV Website ( can sign in with their ACE Account to the website console. Sign in is required to submit the following content:

  • Accomplishments for Faculty/Staff
  • Events for the master calendar on the website
  • Experts Directory for selected candidates
  • UNLV Today Messages to be included in news sections

Customers who are responsible for adding announcements on their unit’s websites, or working as a story editor within Web and Digital Strategy's back-end system will also use their ACE Account to sign in.

Login Experience

To login to the UNLV website:

  1. Go to
  2. Select Sign In
  3. Sign in with your ACE Account
  4. On the dashboard, select Add Content to continue to form submissions

If you cannot sign in because you see Sign in failed, contact the IT Help Desk.

If you cannot sign in because you see App Not Assigned, or for any other questions, contact Web and Digital Strategy.​
