The participant list allows hosts and participants to see who else is in the meeting. Hosts and co-hosts can also control the meeting experience for participants using the Participant menu.

Inviting Participants
You can invite additional participants during a meeting or access the meeting link.
- Open the menu to the right of the Participants button

- You have four options
- Invite... allows you to ask another user with a UNLVMail account to join your Zoom meeting.
- Copy Invite Link will automatically copy the link to the meeting which can be sent to anyone though email, message, or other means.
- Host Tools for Participants allows you to adjust what your participants can do in the meeting, such as turning specific features, like Chat, off and on

- Remove from Toolbar will remove the Participants icon from the menu bar. If you select this, you can always add it back by accessing More on the menu bar, then clicking and dragging the Participants icon back onto the menu bar

Managing Participants as a Host or Co-host
Single Participants
To manage a single participant:
- In the right participant panel, hover over a participant
- Select the menu
- You can do the following to the Participant:
- Chat directly
- Ask to Start Video
- Pin them to the stage
- Make Host
- Make Co-host
- Rename
- Put in Waiting Room
- Remove them from the meeting
- Report Participant

Meeting-wide Controls
At the bottom of the participant panel, open the menu to control meeting-wide settings:
- Ask All to Unmute
- Mute Participants upon Entry
- Play Sound when Someone Joins/Leaves
- Host Tools for Participants
