How to View All Courses

This article contains information to view all courses that you are enrolled in as a student or for which you have been assigned as an instructor. It will also provide information about how to set your Dashboard favorites, so you can see only the courses you wish to. As an instructor you will be able to view past courses as well.

Instructions

Open All Courses View

In course navigation click Courses and then All Courses. This will open a new window with all of the courses you are enrolled in or teach.

Navigating All Courses List

  1. Any course name that has a filled-in star  will appear on the Dashboard. You can toggle this on/off by clicking on the star icons  or  .
  2. The course name can be found in the second column. Any course name that appears as red is active. If a course name appears in grey, the course is in the current term, but is not open.
  3. If you have set a nickname for a course, it will appear in the third column. By default, courses do not have nicknames.
  4. The fourth column will show the course term.
  5. The fifth column will show what you are enrolled as in a course (student, instructor, etc.).
  6. If you would like to know if the course is published, you can check the sixth column.

Viewing Past Courses

When on the All Courses page, instructors will see their Past Enrollments. These are any courses that were taught by the instructor in previous terms. These courses are able to be accessed by instructors, but will not appear to students. These past courses can be set to appear on your Dashboard as well.
