Summary

This document provides resources to block callers on a desk phone and Webex App softphone.

Applies To

UNLV Telecommunications customers.

Procedures

Softphone - Webex App

Customers using the Webex App softphone can use the instructions provided by Cisco to block a call.  Navigate to Webex App | Block Calls.

 

Deskphone

Customers with a personal number on their desk phone can use the instructions provided by Cisco to block a call. Navigate to User Portal | Block Call. Customers without a personal number can contact Telecom to initiate call blocking.
