FAQ for New Employees

Have you received an email that your hire was complete, but you still can’t log into Workday? Once you receive the email from Workday you need to complete onboarding, you will need to wait until the next morning to log into Workday. You should receive an email regarding your ACE Account which is used to access Workday. For more information, see Workday.
When will I get my ACE account?                                                                                                                                                                                         Faculty and staff will receive an email with their ACE credentials to their personal email account the morning after the hire process is successfully completed. ACE Accounts must be activated within seven days of receiving the email. If you have questions on the status of your hire, contact your hiring department's recruiter or HR partner, or contact campus HR. For more information, see ACE Account.
Where can I use ACE? See ACE Account for places you'll use your ACE Account for.
How do I log into Workday as a former employee? Former Employees cannot use an ACE Account to login to Workday. You will need to use the Former Employee login process.
How would a new employee get access to MyUNLV? See MyUNLV and select your role.
